Website and service use
These terms apply to use of our websites and public tools. A separate accepted proposal, order or service agreement defines the scope, price and delivery of a paid service. Review those details before purchasing.
Authorized use
Use accounts, hosting, VPN, remote-support and network tools lawfully and only with appropriate authorization. Do not use them to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with systems or violate another person’s rights. Keep account credentials and private keys confidential.
Orders, billing and cancellation
Confirm the selected service, recurring charges, billing interval, renewal arrangements and any cancellation or refund terms on your order before payment. A price shown on a service page does not itself activate a subscription. Contact support about an existing subscription or billing question.
Monitoring and diagnostic limitations
Diagnostic results describe a test at a particular time and location; they are not a guarantee of security or availability. A failed ping does not necessarily mean a website is unavailable. Monitoring and notification delivery may be delayed or interrupted. Do not rely on these tools for emergency, medical or life-safety communications.
Remote support and development
You must be authorized to grant access to a device or system. Agree the work scope and maintain appropriate backups before changes. Development, consulting and managed-hosting deliverables are defined in the relevant service agreement.
Optional SMS alerts
SMS enrollment is currently inactive. When available, any SMS program must have its own clear opt-in disclosure. Consent must not be required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency will depend on the selected program; message and data rates may apply. The enrollment disclosure must explain how to stop messages and obtain help. Marketing requires separate consent from service alerts.
