When you contact us or create an account, you may provide contact details, account information and information about your service request. Monitoring stores the domains or IP addresses you choose to monitor. Do not submit passwords, private keys or sensitive personal information through public diagnostic tools or ordinary email.
Website and service information
Our websites and service infrastructure process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP addresses, request information and authentication sessions. The websites use session cookies for account access and browser storage to remember your selected color theme.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests, provide and administer services, manage accounts and subscriptions, troubleshoot problems and protect our systems. Remote-support access should only be granted for devices you own or are authorized to manage.
Service providers
Some features involve external providers: Stripe for linked payment checkout, UptimeRobot for monitoring, and Globalping for distributed network tests. Information necessary for a feature may be processed by its provider. Public network tests send the requested target to external probe systems. Review a provider’s privacy notice when following its links or using its service.
Optional text alerts
SMS enrollment is not currently active on the monitoring purchase page. If enabled, the enrollment screen will identify the sender, message purpose and consent terms before you opt in. Purchasing a service is separate from agreeing to SMS. Service-alert consent does not authorize marketing texts.
Privacy requests and retention
You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention or disclosure of your information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Records needed for active services, security, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations may need to be retained. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
To request an opt-out of sale or sharing where applicable, visit Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Sending a request does not immediately delete account data or cancel a subscription.
